It happens occasionally that I will click somewhere and be sent to the login screen with the message that my session has timed out. I have yet to pinpoint what I am doing when it happens but I do know that on more than one occasion it was either posting a message in the square or hitting refresh in the square. But I am also certain that it has happened in the forest.

I just had it happen to me twice. the first time was after refreshing the commentary. The second was during a fight with my master. I clicked on fight till end. There was an error generated in the middle of the fight and then I go booted to the login. I had it happen again in the forest. It shows an error and then immediately sends me to the login, before I get a chance to see what it is.

I was having this same issue around noon today (EDT), but now, when I log in, I'm taken to the blank white page with "Click Here," and a message to send a petition if I keep getting the page. Currently, I cannot access DragonPrime after the log in screen.

I'll be submitting a trouble ticket to my host on this issue today. We've seen minor glitches like this, but today has been bad.

Aye - I have had it kick me to login screen and tell me I have timed out when in fact I have just hit Look...but I chalked it up to admins uploading stuff and thought nothing of it.

As of 6PM PDT, it's still happening, and multiple times in a row. I eventually get back in, but it can take up to 4 tries. So keep trying Phira!

Dinner break is almost over - I won't be able to finish my turns. So far the xp earned for multiple fights is looking better Tal. I am seeing same or a tad more xp.

I haven't been able to get on ALL day. Still no luck at 9:26 pm EDT. Earlier, around 5:30, I couldn't get on, but later I was talking with Eventhorizon, and he said that he was playing on DragonPrime at that same time. I have NO clue how that was possible.

I had minor problems. However, at the beginning of the day, I repeatedly got the message to Log Out at the news screen. Then I got another New Day screen, and finally could start playing.

Well, I STILL have no idea how I can't get on and you can. I haven't been able to get into Axebridge since the first time I tried, but after that, I couldn't stay logged in. Now I can't even get the timed out screen.

phira, i have reset your broken navs.

i hope this issue gets corrected soon. i had to have talisman fix my navs because i couldn't log in either.

then once i was logged in every 2-3 page clicks i was kicked out and had to log back in again.

didn't matter which browser i used either. same thing occurred.

Thanks, after a few weird screens, I managed to get back on.

EDIT: I spoke too soon. I've been getting time outs every so often now (maybe every 5 screens or so).

Aye - we all are. That has to do with the host they are using. But at least we can get back in. Thankfully I didn't have to go through the bad nav hell you and Elessa did.

I've found a suggested fix in my hosts 'knowledge base'. As soon as I have time tonight (in about 5 hours) I'll apply it and see if it works.

The site feels a whole lot faster, now, and I didn't get the timeout message once. So it seems to have worked.

i am crossing my fingers on that, stormkitten.

it has been nothing but a pain in the backside the last two days!

I've made the change as suggested by my host. Please let me know if you have any more problems with prematurely expiring sessions.

I've played two sessions since the fix, and so far have not experienced premature timing out. I did get a time out message today, but I had been playing with my browser settings and that may very well have been legitimate.

One thing I have noticed is if the site is hanging up on loading a page, hitting my browser's stop button and clicking the page link again makes the page load quickly the second time. I don't know if that is just me or if it will work for others. This has happened to me on 3 different computers and 2 different networks/connection speeds.

Ooh, I used to do that on other games all the time... though I like that LotGD is set up so that you don't accidentally attack twice by doing that ;)

That indicates network lag or a network problem (if it freezes, takes ages, and loads suddenly when you stop and click again).

However... the issue could be anywhere between you and them. Including your own ISP.

I second that. The last 5 days between the times 0400 to 0600 mtn time this forum is a huge hit and miss. Lots of time outs. All other websites during this time are ok.
