...the Grim Jestor watches Kyanite through one of his many wizard's eyes, not at all impressed by the mention of said maytag man... "We'll see who this is when he comes, yes, we will watch," he mutters to himself. From his secret place, so dark that even the shadows cast shadows, the Jestor watches Kyanite walk off into the dusk, not bothering to send an eye to follow...

*X-Kal comes in and reminds Grim Jestor that Kyanite is probably a bot.

Outside in the crisp air with his smoke, Kyanite looks up into the violent evening sky and lets out a deep breath.
"Yes..." he murmurs "The time is nearly at hand."

Tapping his pipe out on the heel of his boot, Kyanite turns and makes his way back into the inn. Regardless of what the bar flys may think, his return can not be undone.
