What server are you on... what city are you in... are you a game admin or are you playing the game and got stuck?

JCP had to give you two different answers there, one for a player and one for a game host, because you didn't tell us more info. :)

A simple, "Hi there, I'm playing and I created a character on www.somegreendragonsite.com and I cannot see the link for Blusprings in Romar" tells us what we need to know. You would not phone a mechanic and say, "My car won't drive me to London". Your mechanic won't know if it has run out of petrol, if it has a flat tyre, if you locked your keys in it....
