I have no paypal acount, but i want to donate to the game, is there another donate? I'm on central.
Unfortunately, no.
Paypal is easiest for us, even if it's not easy or possible for you.
Any other method involves additional work for us (such as driving to the post office and the bank), which at this time we are unable to undertake.
We appreciate your desire to help support the site, but we are unable to accept non-Paypal payments at this time.
Note that we are attempting to make arrangements, but we are making no guarantees on the timetable or, in fact, even the implementation of such a feature.

Oh well, thanks for the info. If there is ever a way of non-paypal donations, I'd like to know about ASAP.
i donated on the dragoncat site with no paypal account by using my credit card. worked just fine.

correct, you do not have to "have" a paypal account in order to use a credit card to pay someone's paypal account. however, their account must be set up to accept credit card payments.
obviously, dragoncat is enabled to accept credit card payments.
a bit of caution, paypal charges fees to accounts accepting money.
sooooo, if you are going to make a payment/donation with a credit card, i would really suggest it be for a worthwhile donation. $1 or $5 is not worthwhile, whereas, a donation of $20 or greater would benefit mightye.

I think it would be safe to say that Elessa was agreeing with JCP's comment to make fewer larger donations rather than several smaller donations. I don't think she was trying to say that if you don't have at least $20 to give, you shouldn't support the site.
That is correct.
Again: while we appreciate donations in any amount, just be aware of the fees that Paypal charges.
Waiting and donating a larger amount every few months is better (in terms of Paypal fees) than donating a smaller amount on a more frequent schedule.
And this goes for any other site you are supporting via donations - the bigger the donation, the bigger percentage of that money actually gets to the site.

If you have a trustworthy friend with a Paypal account or credit card, you can always give them the cash and have them donate in your name.

I doubt that any of my friends have Paypal.
