Below is a list of the rules pertaining to the LotGD Forums. The Forums are much like the LotGD Central Server. This means the Forums are Family-Friendly meaning that all content whether it be signature, avatar, information, links, chat, etc. should be suitable for children and adults of all ages, genders, and races. Thus meaning no illegal activities, moraly wrong ativities or post or things of that such.
1.) NO profanity of any kind will be accepted, the same words and gestures not allowed on Central Server are prohibited in the Forums.
2.) In the act of explaining a game secret you may not do so in the Newbie section of the Forums, and when doing so elsewhere you are to add a "SPOILER" above the text or somewhere within the title of the subject. Also if part of your post is a spoiler write that part out in yellow and tell people that if they want to view that spoiler to highlight it, thus giving them a choice to read or to not read the spoiler.
3.) Respect others as you yourself would like to be treated. We are all people here, and people have feelings. Any flames (forum fights) that start will be immediately shut down and the prosecutors and participants will be punished and the matter will be settled.
4.) Spaming to increase post count is prohibited. If you want to add something after you already enter something to a topic go back and edit the last post and either just quietly slip it in, or add a ***UPDATE*** or *ADDED 3-28-89* or something along those lines before adding something else.
5.) Please don’t post links that would cross the 1st rule or that lead to a site with no useful information and is just a group of pop-up adds or worse pornographic material also you may ONLY ADVERTISE FOR ANOTHER SITE IN YOUR SIGNATURE.
6.) If different languages are necessary please add a translation afterwards. Also "how r u 2day" or "waz^ Homie" is not allowed, this makes it easier for those whom English is a second language or those whom are learning English. Also Thug talk is not allowed for the courtesy of a staff member.
7.) You are to obey the authority of the Admins, Moderators, and Caretakers unless they conflict with the above regulations. (which is slim-to-none in the chances of that occurring, but should the case arise you are to report the instance instantly)
8.) Please do not bring up long dead post, this is unneccessary and makes the job for Administrators, Moderators, and Caretakes more complex and scattered.
9.) If you ignore these rules, we can and may ban you from Central server or Dragoncat. If you are banned from Central or Dragoncat because of your behaviour in here, we will provide your IP address and any other information we have on you, to the admin of any other server who experiences trouble with a character believed to be yours and requests our cooperation in the matter.
Any infraction of these above rules and/or failure to comply and coorporate with Admins, Moderators, and/or Caretakers can be and will be punishable by loss of Forum privliges.
