Giving Money to another player

I saw under the preferences of the game that you can do this, sometihntg to the effect of 25 gold coins per level the guy is on, up to 3 times per day, ect...but i can't figure out how to do it!!

If you are a server admin, you can enable transfers in the Superuser grotto, and specify the amount of transfers. If you are just a player in a server, you can only transfer money if it is enabled in that game.

if you play on central server (lotgd.net) money transfers are disabled there. it still shows the cash amounts in the settings tho.

but there are transfers on dragon cat, but central and alpha dont have transfers
