Are Avatars allowed?

If not cool, just curious. I tried to use a URL and I got the little x in the box. Tried to upload from PC and that didn't seem to work either.

This is something that (I believe) was intended, but just failed to be implemented. We're kinda waiting on MightyE to fix it, as he's the only one that can. (There's a discussion in one of the other forums on it.)
