Q: Who is running this server ?
A: The server is hosted on a major German Co-Locator and is owned and administrated by Talesin. The game is run by MightyE - the creator of Lotgd.

Q: what is running on the server ?
A: It is a FreeBSD 5.1 server with the last versions of apache and mysql running (updated daily)

Q: What Hardware does the server has ?
A: CPU is AMD Athlon 2400+ ; 256 MB Ram ; 40GB Harddisk and a 2 port redundent connection RealTek Ethernet card

Q: Can I get access to the server ?
A: No, you can't

If you guys ever need to up grade, got friends that own a hosting company, I can get you a good deal. All servers are on fiberoptics, xeon servers running gentoo. Very fast :)

if they can provide 2Ghz with 512 RAM and 150Mbit redundant backbone connectivity and about 150GB traffic for 10$ / Month I am sure MightyE would be glad to hear about it :)

Not really a server question, but website related - I'm killing time until the day rolls over, and wanted to look at the LotGD merchandise page...but all the images are broken. Have pictures of the items been moved for some reason? Or are those items no longer available?
